I see countless people do that and I never understand why. I just don’t want to feel stupid for winning say $500+ and putting it all back on the same game. Neither scenario seems to happen more often than the other for me.Ģ.) I very rarely will play a machine for long periods of time after hitting a nice bonus/hit. Other times the investment works out and I’ll either get my money back or end up hitting a nice win/JP. Sometimes it kills me and I’ll dump $300-$500+ in a machine betting say $2-$3/spin without hitting a bonus or big win. I’ll go first with my answers to the above:ġ.) I know it’s a gambler’s fallacy to believe that a machine is “due,” but I’m one of those people that are stubborn when a machine isn’t paying out. Two main questions as to how you all go about playing:ġ.) Do you tend to chase losses if you haven’t hit a bonus or big win believing it’s due to pay? Or do you cut your losses and move on after losing say $100 or $200 without anything?Ģ.) If you are lucky enough to hit a nice win/bonus that either breaks you even on that machine after a big investment, or puts you comfortably ahead on that game, do you continue to play thinking it’s hot? Or do you switch to another machine after that hit?
